Unforgettable staying in the heart of Dolomite’s
Very friendly and nice stuff, comfortable and cozy rooms with balcony and beautiful mountains views. Excellent room equipment, you have everything you need and even more:). The hotel is really pet friendly, our dog received tow bowls and very comfortable pet bed. Very good location.

The feeling you get from the staff members, with an emphasis on the reception and the spa, is that they are more concerned with the rules - for example, entering the spa only in the shoes provided to you and entering the sauna only in the plastic underwear provided to you. They don't really understand that their job is to host and create a positive feeling, to say good morning at the reception, etc. By the way, when a guest comes to the hotel, there are about 10 narrow stairs that he is supposed to carry up the luggage himself, without any explanation or offer of help.

Very enjoyable.
Good carpark, nice rooms, good spa facilities, good breakfast and bar area. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English.
Room was too hot. No minibar. No tea and coffee making facilities.
