Staff was very helpful and always kind. the small town of Canazei, as well as the Hotel itself, they were an excellent place where to rest and relax.
I cannot think of anything I didn't like. Our three day stay was wonderful.

The feeling you get from the staff members, with an emphasis on the reception and the spa, is that they are more concerned with the rules - for example, entering the spa only in the shoes provided to you and entering the sauna only in the plastic underwear provided to you. They don't really understand that their job is to host and create a positive feeling, to say good morning at the reception, etc. By the way, when a guest comes to the hotel, there are about 10 narrow stairs that he is supposed to carry up the luggage himself, without any explanation or offer of help.
